    too many duds
    Through a longish period of time I've bought several Memorex DVD-R spindles of blank discs (B0009MX5R4). They've got less and less reliable.

    Pretty good
    The dvd pack is pretty good, definately burn them at a low level but very good price on 100 dvds and they're decent enough.

    what a mess!!!!
    I ordered a 100 pack and when I received the dvd's they were broke and scratched. They came out of the spindle and were all over the box. They were not packaged very well.

    Not happy with speed
    In Nero, I literally cannot burn with the speed over 4x. It is the only choice in the speed drop-down selector.

    I got a ton of disk errors after trying the cheaper TDK, and now I'm back with Memorex. No problems. :)

    Good thing they were cheap
    Six of the first 20 DVDs had delamination and were unusable. Memorex are the only DVD-Rs I have had problems with, but they were super cheap so even if 10% are bad, I still got a...

    TDK is better for me
    I had some problems with Memorex. Quite a few of the disks were damaged, maybe in production. I like TDK better.
