    don't work
    Usually use Tao Yuden. Got these cheap at BJ's. Can't get one to work.

    best compatibility even in generic DVD players
    a lot of blank DVD media will occasionally have a disc or two that may not format correctly or even if it does will not play in some
    DVD players for problems of incorrect...

    Weird reliability
    When they work at 16x they are great. When they don't they fail except at real time or 1x most of the time.

    Sony DVD-R disks
    The disks are OK, but the packaging from Amazon was lousy. They put them in a box with a couple of air filled pouches that HAD NO AIR IN THEM.

    I will say I am a computer Tech who burns a lot of DVDs and I make sure to verify all discs I burn. With Sony I do not care if you think I am a brand hugger I normally find them...

    UNreliable!
    Dropouts, stopped action, sudden pixelation where there should not be any- and that was on the ones that worked. I had 25% shrink with this product.
